MUA Lipstick Review

Hey xx
I recently went shopping and i obviously went into Superdrug and had a glance at the MUA stand and saw they had a few lipsticks. The colours looked really pretty and some were coral some neutral and some really bright and they were only £1 so i decided to pick up a few and this is what i will talk about.

The first one i picked up was shade 4 (which doesn't have a name) it is a really pretty pink and it looks really bright but when you actually put it on it does not feel as shockingly pink as you think it would.
Here is a swatch.

The next one was shade 16 Nectar. This colour is an orange with a slight tint of coral. It is quite bright but if you are confident you can pull it off. You can tone it down by putting less  on and putting a clear lip gloss over the top. I think this would look really nice in the summer.
Here is a swatch.

I also bought shade 15 Juicy. It is a strong coral colour and goes really well with my skin tone which is not pale but i'm not tanned so in the middle. (sorry for the rubbish explanation).
Here is a swatch.

I also really wanted a nude colour so bought number 14 bare. This looks like a really horrible brown but when you put it on it kind of changes colours to become a neutral colour and i think it is nice if you don't want to wear a really bright colour but want to wear something this is really good.
Here is a swatch.

Also the end screws off which has a bit of the lipstick in so if you have a lip brush you can use that and get it out of the end.

The only bad thing that i would say is that if you use them on their own then it can dry out your lips quite quickly so i wear burts bees lip balm underneath and a clear lip gloss on the top.

Thanks for reading.
Come back any time xx
